About us

Politika Beach Houses are the premier destination for beachfront accommodation in Paralia Politikon, Evia Island, just a short drive from Athens (approximately 1h and 20min). With a prime location, only 30min away from the island's capital city Chalkida, featuring modern amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, we strive to provide our guests with a memorable stay by the sea.

Politika Beach Houses consist of two (2) separate entire houses in Paralia Politikon, Evia Island, Greece

Each house can accommodate up to 5 guests, so up to 10 guests can be accommodated in both houses.

Each Beach House includes:

• 1 bedroom with 2 beds (1 double & 1 single)

• Living room with two (2) sofa beds

• 1 Full bathroom

• Kitchen with big refrigerator

• Beautiful garden with outside dining table.

About this space
The houses (fully renovated in 2023 & 2025) are situated on the best spot of the Politika Beach (Paralia Politikon), both in terms of sea / beach quality and nightlife options (several beach bars and taverns in walking distance). They are built in a large green estate, are located on the seaside road, so guests in order to reach the beach, have just to cross the road, has direct sea view, offers an outdoor dining area and shower, a BBQ, internet and many more amenities.

The space

Each house is located inside a beautiful estate just in front of the sea. Each house includes one bedroom with a double and a single bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also includes a living room with two sofa beds, TV, coffee table, dining table with chairs and a kitchen with an electric stove and a big refrigerator.
The house has also one bathroom, which includes a toilet, a sink with a mirror and a shower.

Guest access

Apart from the house itself, guests can use the garden in front of the house, where there is an outdoor dining table, chairs, a slide and a seesaw for kids.
